    cafe roche espresso blend roasted in italy, this concentrated coffee beverage is brewed by forcing pressurized hot water through finely ground coffee.

  • Hand Whipped Cubano

    espresso is dispensed over turbinado sugar into a demitasse and hand whisked, as the heat from the espresso caramelizes the sugar. a very strong, sweet, and intense drink.

  • Vietnamese Coffee

    sweetened condensed milk is topped with 2 shots of espresso. this drink can be served hot or over ice. also known as bon bon, french for good good.

  • Leche Y Leche

    spanish for “milk and milk” this drink is native to the canary islands. the repetition, refers to two types of milk. just like the above mentioned bon bon, sweetened condensed milk is topped with espresso. then it is topped with steamed whole milk to cut the acidity of the espresso.

    espresso melted gherardelli chocolate stirred into steamed milk and topped with homemade whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.

  • Caramel Macchiato

    1883 vanilla syrup and steamed milk, is “stained” by espresso shots as they are poured over the top and “marked” with gherardelli caramel sauce.
